PURPOSE:To surely and easily produce a desired hollow resin molded product by a core capable of being accurately molded into a prescribed shape and not generating deformation. CONSTITUTION:At first, a core 1 having the prescribed shape of the hollow part of a hollow resin molded product is molded from a resin having a relatively low m.p. Next, the core 1 is arranged in an injection mold equipped with a hollow part having the prescribed shape and a resin having an m.p. relatively higher than that of the core 1 is injected in the space between the core 1 and the hollow part to mold a molded product 25 consisting of the core 1 and a hollow resin molded product 23. Subsequently, the molded product 25 is heated to the temp. melting the core 1 to melt and remove the core 1. Since the core 1 made of a resin is low in heat conductivity and does not generate non-flow of the resin in injection molding and is light in wt. and generates no deformation, the core is easily produced. |
