<p>PURPOSE:To produce an eye joint of high quality and excellent in mechanical strength by a simple process without wastefully producing any material. CONSTITUTION:After a metal column body made by cold-pressing a material is cold-pressed in flat shape, its upper surface is protruded in form of a rear vessel so as to form a cylindrical body with bottom 33, and the opening edge of the cylindrical body with bottom 33 is bent inward and a mounting hole 12 is provided in it. Also a mounting hole 12' leading to the mounting hole 12 and a connecting hole 13 are formed in the bottom and side surfaces of the cylindrical body with bottom 33, respectively. Thus any cutting work is not required and waste of material is eliminated. Accordingly, products of high quality and strong in tightening by bolts can be produced at high productivity and low production cost.</p> |
