ANTISTATIC BIAXIALLY ORIENTED WHITE POLYOLEFIN FILM

PURPOSE:To obtain the subject film excellent in hiding power because t of high optical density and also in antistatic properties. CONSTITUTION:The objective film contains 100 pts.wt. mixture of 65-93wt.% crystalline polypropylene, 5-20wt.% noncrystalline resin having a heat distortion temperature of 120 deg.C or higher and 2-15wt.% polyolefin resin having a melting temperature of 140 deg.C or lower and at least 0.2 pt.wt. antistatic agent comprising a metal salt of an alkanesulfonic acid, and it has an optical density at a thickness of 30mum of at least 0.40 and a surface resistivity of at most 10<14>OMEGA.
