PURPOSE:To prevent rupture at the time of overcharge or a short circuit and ignition to combustible decomposed gas, by providing a specific sealing lid group, having a packing layer and a circuit breaking lead, on an exterior can upper end opening part of a nonaqueous electrolyte battery. Since the lead 15 is separated from the combustible decomposed gas by the film 10, ignition due to a spark at the time of breaking can be prevented. The more increase of the internal pressure breaks the film 10 to release the internal pressure outside through the vent hole 13 of an outside lid body 14, preventing the rupture of the battery. |
