PURPOSE:To obtain a picture transmission network in which lots of unspecified users obtain desired picture relating information at a low cost. CONSTITUTION:Picture relating information picked up by an image pickup device 101 is modulated and frequency-multiplexed by each terminal station 102 and received and demodulated at a central station 104. The demodulated signal is accessed from a picture terminal equipment 105 located at a house or a picture terminal equipment 106 located at a public place via a public network 107. Furthermore, the direction or a field angle or the like of the image pickup device are controlled from the picture terminal equipment. |
