<p>PURPOSE: To efficiently manage a machine by making a condition file on conditions of the components of the machine as data and storing the conditions of the components in it in real time. CONSTITUTION: The condition file on the conditions of at least one component, preferably all of important components, of each machine is made as data for the machine management of spinning facilities so that the file can be updated at least intermittently, preferably periodically or continuously, by a computer program to use a preset stress function and correspond to its working condition. The contents of the condition file can be accessed by an analysis or diagnosis program to be used for the working support and the system is provided with an interface to enable communication with a maintenance work supporting system, an instruction system or a spare parts managing system. A stress computer is connected to the condition file and a diagnosis and analysis means is incorporated in a portable process control computer to efficiently use the whole system.</p> |
