PURPOSE:To provide genuine fresh pickles requiring no special container, highly readily servable in a short time, also capable of making the best use of the deliciousness of the vegetables themselves. CONSTITUTION:Vegetables or the like are washed with water and directly, or after cut, put into a bag with an openable inlet/outlet. A granular or powdery seasoning is added to the resulting contents followed by closing the inlet/outlet and then mixing for a short time. Furthermore, an appropriate amount of water may be added. Then, the air in the bag is drawn as completely as possible, and the resultant content together with the bag is left to stand at e.g. a cold dark place for several to several tens hours. |
