<p>PURPOSE:To surely make possible searching by starting reproducing from an optimum position in an intermusic blank. CONSTITUTION:A control signal CTL read out by a control signal head 14 is counted by a real time counter 26, and this counted value is inputted to a system microcomputer 24. When a blank is generated in an audio signal read out by an audio head 12 at the time of high speed transfer, the time from starting this blank to finishing it is calculated by the system microcomputer 24. Then, when the blank time is longer than a reference time set optionally for the purpose of deciding the blank, the blank at this time is decided as the intermusic blank by the system microcomputer 24, and the optimum position for starting reproducing is calculated from the counted value of the real time counter 26.</p> |
