摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To increase the orthogonal conversion efficiency of the title apparatus by a method wherein light-responsive resistors are housed inside an insulating container and the light- responsive resistor of each arm of a bridge circuit is shielded from light with which the light-responsive resistors of the other arms are irradiated. CONSTITUTION:Individual responsive resistors R1 to R4 in a bridge circuit 1 are formed of a thin film composed of hydrogenated amorphous silicon on respectively separate substrates, and terminal parts are installed on both end sides. The individual responsive resistors R1 to R4 are sealed in a insulating container 13 of a structure by which each of the resistors is shielded from light with which the other resistors are irradiated independently. Individual ends, on one side, of metal rods 22 in terminal lead-out parts 16a, 16b correspond to terminals between opposite corners on one side of the bridge circuit 1, and the voltage to be measured is applied. Holding arms 21 at stop metal fittings 20a, 20b correspond to parts between opposite corners on the other side. Since the individual responsive resistors R1 to R4 are arranged so as to be separated, light radiated from through holes 19 can be stopped. Consequently, the light-responsive resistors R1 to R4 prevent variation in a resistance value due to the leakage of irradiation light, and they maintain a reference value (a design value). As a result, the orthogonal conversion efficiently of the title apparatus can be made good.</p>
