There is a stroke control device, in which a pushing rod 3, 4 which presses a moulded block 6 of a layer 5 is provided, the stack gripper head 13 can reciprocate while being guided by a stroke drive 16, one layer of moulded blocks 6 is placed on the other for stacking and the downward stroke of the stack gripper head 13 is reduced by the thickness of one layer each time a layer is laid. It is desirable for there to be measurement of the actual stack height which is independent of the movement of the stack gripper head. This is achieved in that a computer 10 adds up the successive layer thicknesses to obtain the stack height in each case and, for each layer 5 to be laid, controls a height setting of the stack gripper head 13 in accordance with the total stack height, and in that a path-measuring device 7, 8 which is assigned to the pressure-exerting pushing rod 4, 5 for measurement of the layer thickness in each case is provided and feeding 11 of the measured layer thicknesses to the computer 10 is provided, so that the total stack height is measured. On the basis of the measured thickness, the computer determines the actual height of each stack, and this height is used to determine the target position of the stack gripper head. |
