PURPOSE:To try to enlarge remarkably the capacity of a single plant by installing a crusher only in the route of industrial waste necessary to be crushed, placing in parallel the route of industrial waste unnecessary to be crushed, and joining it with a transfer route connected to the crusher. CONSTITUTION:Industrial waste selected from incombustibles classified roughly and industrial waste not to be incinerated is charged to an input port 1 for crushing. After scrap iron, etc., which passed through a feed filter 2, being removed by a magnetic classifier 28 installed on the way of transfer by a belt conveyer 3, the waste is charged to a crusher 5 placed in a sound-proof chamber 6 for crushing. On the other hand, the industrial waste unnecessary to be crushed, which is charged to an input port 4 for material unnecessary to be crushed, is transferred through the feed filter 2 and the magnetic classifier 28 and carried out to a conveyer 7 connected to the crusher 5 through a hopper 8 to be combined with the waste from the crusher 5. The waste then enters a kiln 26 in a volume reduction machine 20 to reduce its volume. Combustibles are incinerated in the first, second, and third incinerators 22, 23, 24. |
