摘要

The barium titanate base dielectric magnetic composition satisfies the Z5U temperature standard. The composition comprises: A) 90.0-94.0 wt.% BaTiO3, 2.0-4.0 wt.% CeO2 and 1.0-2.5 wt.% TiO2 as main constituents; and B) 0.5-7.0 wt.% BaSnO3+CaZrO3 as sub-constituents. The dielectricity of the composition is above 8000 at 1 KHz, 25 deg.C. The particle size is 3-5 μm.
