PURPOSE:To provide a radio telephone system capable of using a mobile machine as a transceiver at need. CONSTITUTION:The states of the push-talk switches of the mobile machines 21-23 are detected when the mobile machines 21-23 are set in a transceiver mode, and a transmittable state can be set when the push-talk switch is depressed, and a receivable state can be set when no push-talk switch is depressed. A voice inputted to a microphone is outputted from antennas 51-53 as a wave in a transmission state. Meanwhile, in a reception state, the wave inputted from the antennas 51-53 is taken out as an audio signal, and the voice is outputted from the speaker of a reception part.
