To improve the insulation, the ring (13) of insulating material lies within a metal ring (12) which acts as a supporting ring and accommodates the fastening means (9). It is interrupted only by the connecting lug (15) which is provided with a covering (17) of insulating material. The ring (13) of insulating material is to a large extent thus relieved of mechanical stress. 2.3.
