<p>The invention relates to a gripper for handling loads, such as bags, and to a palettiser comprising such a gripper. The principal subject of the invention is a gripper for handling loads, such as bags, mounted with rotation about an axis (A) perpendicular to that (F) of displacement in translation of a carriage (C), to which it is connected, and which comprises two sets of claws (10, 11) intended to grasp, then to carry, a unit load, as well as members (12, 13) for gripping and handling the said unit load during its transportation between a first position, in which the load has been grasped, and a second position, in which the said load is deposited, characterised in that associated with the two sets (10, 11) of claws and with the members (12, 13) for gripping and holding the unit load transported are means (67, 68) capable of raising them and/or lowering them with respect to the said movable carriage (C). <IMAGE></p> |
