PURPOSE:To facilitate an editing for a special reproducing by providing a pair of right and left time code detecting parts to execute the detections of respective time codes and a video storing part and sending a video signal for two fields stored in the video storing part as the video signal of 1 frame to an external part. CONSTITUTION:A video storing part 15 stores the video signal for 1 field of the output of a right video signal reproducing part 11 to a field memory 151 according to a right time code detecting signal SR. In the same way, to a memory 152, the video signal for 1 field sent from a left video signal reproducing part 12 is stored. When the detections of both time codes by right and left time code detecting parts 13 and 14 are completed, the video signals are stored to two field memories 151 and 152. There, a reading control part 18 gives the instruction of a recording start to a video tape recorder 17 and simultaneously, sends the video signal for 2 fields as the video signal of 1 frame to the video storing part 15. |
