Fabrication of shoes with inner heel moulded with sole - having auxiliary back part of mould communicating with sole mould by hole and inner heel filled through hole in inner sole

The shoes are made in a mould which is modified by an auxiliary back part (4). This communicates with the mould of the sole (2) through a hole (2a) to inject material into the inside of the heel. A thin metallic separator plate (4a) is joined to the back part of the mould and to the sole mould, to make the heel airtight. The inner part of the heel is filled slowly through a hole (E) in the inner sole (B). Air is evacuated by the ends of a crown (C) and longitudinal ribs (H) which open above the inner sole. USE - For making shoes and mainly for mules or sabots with heel made simultaneously with the sole.
