<p>PURPOSE:To easily dry air to the dew point lower than a specified temperature below freezing point without causing any contamination. CONSTITUTION:A dehumidifier 1 equipped with a moisture separator having cation exchange groups and a dehumidifier 2 equipped with a moisture separator not having ion exchange groups are connected in series. Wet gas is supplied to the primary side 4 of the dehumidifier 1 and then to the primary side 5 of the dehumidifier 2 to get the dry gas whose moisture has been decreased and simultaneously a part of the dry gas is to the secondary side 6 of the dehumidifier 2 and then to the secondary side 7 of the dehumidifier 1.</p> |
