PURPOSE:To effectively perform heat exchange in a residential room, easily carry out maintenance and service work and prevent the appearance inside the room from being impaired. CONSTITUTION:A supply sleeve 12 and a return sleeve 13 are bored through a beam 4 of an apartment building so that the inside and the outside communicate with each other. On the outside of the beam 4, a supply port 21a is connected to the supply sleeve 12 and a return port 21b to the return sleeve 13. A ceiling panel 6 having a number of air outlets 6a is installed between a ceiling side 2b of a slab 2 and a residential room 1a. Conditioned air 40 which is cooled or warmed by an air conditioner 20 is blown into the residential room 1a through the air outlets 6a of the ceiling panel 6. |
