The clamp system, to hold exchangeable floor base levels at supporting layer rings, has a sprung clamping clip to slide into a holder and esp. a strap at the laying surface. The holder height allows the clip to be inserted and, when the leg of the clip is in place, it applies a pressure on the opposite side of the clamping clip. The holder is open on two sides, and the length of the clip leg inserted into the holder is longer than the holder width. The inserted clip leg has one or more tongues (3), to be bent and hold it in place. The leg of the clip, to be inserted in the holder, has an opening. The holder can be open on only one side, with a tongue at the upper side to be bent into the opening of the inserted clip leg. The leg of the clip which applies pressure has an opening for a tool. USE/ADVANTAGE - The clamping clip holds the base surface with a high sealing action, with easy assembly in a small unit, matching a variety of dimensions and tolerances for the laying surface and floor bases.
