PURPOSE:To provide a high frequency signal line in which characteristic impedance between signal lines opposing through a mesh ground plane and a dielectric layer can be matched securely with a predetermined value uniformly over the entire lengths of the same signal lines, and electric charge concentration produced at a mesh line portion of the mash ground plane and a skin effect produced on the signal line can be eliminated. CONSTITUTION:On the surface of a dielectric layer 10 including mesh ground planes oppositely disposed through signal lines 20 and the dielectric layer 10, there is provided a ground plane 40 through a sub-dielectric layer 12, and an air gap corresponding to the mesh ground plane 30 are interposed with the ground plane 40.
