<p>PURPOSE:To make it unnecessary to depress a conversion key, and also, to provide the conversion key by converting and outputting data inputting from an input key in accordance with a rule whenever its data is accumulated in a buffer memory. CONSTITUTION:When an operator depresses a clear key after turning on a power source key, a data clear processing of a buffer memory, etc., before starting a calculation is executed, and the apparatus becomes a key input waiting state. Thereafter, in an operation for converting a decimal number to a hexadecimal number, when '4' of a register key is depressed, input data 102 becomes '4', and 4 enters a buffer memory 103. Thereafter, '4' is displayed in a decimal part of an indicator 105 under the present scale number mode, and a value of the memory 103 is subjected to hexadecimal conversion, becomes conversion data 104, and the value '4' of the conversion data 104 is displayed in a hexadecimal part of the indicator 105. Subsequently, when '7' is inputted to the register key of the next digit, '47' is displayed in the decimal part of the indicator 105 through the same processing, and 2F is displayed in the hexadecimal part.</p> |
