摘要

PURPOSE:To maintain a temperature of a laser medium constant while improving output stability of laser light by reducing a temperature change of secondary cooling water with no relation to a temperature, a flow rate and the level of heat capacity from a lamp for excitation and a laser medium. CONSTITUTION:An operation circuit A 17 controlls revolution of a dielectric motor 15 from a temperature of secondaty cooling water detected by a temperature sensor 8 and a feeding power value from a power supply device 1 to a lamp 2 for excitation through an inverter circuit 16 so as to continuously change a circulating flow rate of the secondary cooling water for controlling a temperature of the secondary cooling water.
