PURPOSE: To provide an inexpensive and highly precise antenna system for receiving a circularly polarized signal by providing a quadri-filler antenna including a phase shift network on four spiral elements and different substrates. CONSTITUTION: A main part 110 of an antenna is provided with four equal spiral antenna elements 112 supported by a supporting base 114, and those outer edge parts are held by a cap 116 at a proper position. Then, a dielectric substrate 118 is adapted to the base 114, and a phase network 120 is printed and wired on the upper face, and a grand face 122 is arranged on the opposite face. A co-axial cable connected with a microstrip at a prescribed position 1 on the substrate 118 is introduced from the antenna to a radio frequency. In the case of this spiral quadri-filler antenna, a desired gain pattern can be obtained by using a pair of 3/4 wavelength orthogonal direction open loop. That is, a circularly polarized signal received by the plural antenna elements and supplied to a circuit network is phase-shifted, and a co-phase signal is supplied to a receiver. |
