PURPOSE:To automate each process of coil winding by a method wherein a side of the base of a bobbin holder or a coil holder is fixed with a hinge to a turning table rotating intermittently and an other side of the base is supported with a guide rail at any desired angle. CONSTITUTION:A side of the base 22 of a bobbin holder 9 is fixed with a hinge 24 to a turning table 8 which rotates intermittently on the table 7. An another side of the base 22 is supported with a guide rail 10 and a retainer 23 of a bobbin 12 is mounted at the center of the base 22 so as to be rotatable. The holder 9 is held to face any direction in accordance with the position of a guide rail and is inclined so as to be fit for an angle required at each of the process of partial automatic machines 11, 11'.... By this method each process of manufacture of coils can be automated. |
