PURPOSE:To stably remove residual toner on a photosensitive body. CONSTITUTION:This device is provided with a first fur brush roller 9 rotating in a reversal direction to the photosensitive body 1 and controlling the polarity of the residual toner on the photosensitive body 1, a flicker bar 12 brought into contact with the first fur brush roller 9, a first voltage impressing means 19 impressing the voltage on the first fur brush roller 9, a second fur brush roller 10 rotating in the same direction as the photosensitive body 1 and removing the residual toner on the photosensitive body 1 on a downstream side from the first fur brush roller 9, a bias roller 14 brought into contact with the second fur brush roller 10, a blade 16 brought into contact with the bias roller 14, a second voltage impressing means 20 impressing the voltage on the bias roller 14, and an ammeter 17 measuring a current flowing in the first fur brush roller 9, and the impressed voltage on the first fur brush roller 9 is adjusted based on the measured value of the ammeter 17. |
