Clamp for a tool holder in the socket of a spindle, having a sleeve split into two halves, characterized in that it has a special strutting sleeve (11) which has two teeth (10) at one of its ends on two opposite sides, while on the other side it is supported by a spiral spring (12) mounted on a rod (7) with a groove (8) on its perimeter, in which are inserted the two radially separable halves of the split sleeve (9), while at the ends of that sleeve, on opposite sides, are oblique planes (13) passing onto two oblique teeth (14) of a sleeve (15) which is sprung with special disc springs (16).<IMAGE>
