PURPOSE:To enhance the alignment accuracy of a printed circuit board and a screen by correcting the position of the screen in a screen printing machine equipped with an image processor. CONSTITUTION:A screen printing machine is constituted of an image processor 13 taking in the image of a camera 5 to correct the position of a screen 6, a control part 14 controlling the whole of the screen printing machine, an NC part 15 driving pulse motors 7, 8, 9, the screen 6 provided so as to be freely movable in directions X, Y, Z, theta, a stage part 1 receiving a printed circuit board 2 to move and rise to the under side of the screen 6 and the camera 5 confirming the mark on the printed circuit board 2. The camera 5 confirms the mark on the printed circuit board 2 and the image processor 13 calculates the quantity of rotation due to the movement and rising of the stage part 1 on the basis of the signal from the camera to control the NC part 15 and the pulse motors 7, 8, 9 are driven to correct the position of the screen 6. |
