PURPOSE:To provide a clock signal lead-in fluctuation monitoring circuit which can detect whether the deviation of a lead-in range can satisfy a standard or not in a transmitting device and with use of a simple circuit. CONSTITUTION:A transmitting device receives the supply of a clock signal of the stable frequency and is provided with a clock signal generating part 10 which transmits the clock signal serving as a frequency component of the date sent to a transmission line from the transmitting device, a clock signal lead-in control part 20 which compares the phase of the clock signal supplied to the transmitting device with the phase of the clock signal sent from the part 10 and applies the lead-in control to the part 10 based on the result of comparison, and a clock signal fluctuation monitoring part 30 monitors whether the fluctuation of the clock signal sent from the part 10 is kept within a set deviation or not against the clock signal supplied to the transmitting device. |
