The hair curling iron has a cylinder type hand grip and also has on its tip a number of radiator panels of an arc curve assembled into a cylinder to have a number of dual structured roll cores and brush bristles on the outer side and house a heater on the inner side for maintaining a proper temperature for ironing hairs for styling. The hand grip has a switch for on/off operation and another switch for power connection, and the heater in the cylinder is capped on both ends by cap holders for the front tip to be capped by another cap member for the cylinder tip. The dual structure of a roll core has an outer casing to house an elastic member transfer heat from the radiator panel.
