<p>PURPOSE:To provide the nozzle for extruding a sheet which is provided with the thickness-regulating mechanism with quickly responding speed. CONSTITUTION:In the nozzle extruding molten resin into a thin film, a piezoelectric element 71 is fitted to the regulating bolt 6 provided on the lip 5 constituting a slit 4, and the piezoelectric element 71 is subjected to high frequency vibration by application of high frequency output, whereby high frequency vibration is applied to the slit. In the vibrating part, its friction coefficient between said part and the molten resin is decreased, and the amount of flowing out is increased, whereby the thickness of the sheet may be regulated. Consequently its responding speed is increased, and the quick thickness-regulation may be obtained, and further its mechanism becomes compact.</p> |
