PURPOSE:To facilitate the accurate recognition and inspection, whether manual or automatic, of images formed in a process for manufacturing printed wiring boards. CONSTITUTION:A fluorescent substance is added to liquid photoresist for image formation. Thus, a pattern, when subjected to light, is relieved, which facilitates the recognition and inspection thereof after exposure and development. |
