PURPOSE: To obtain a tissue glue suitable even to patients suffered from serious blood coagulation disorder. CONSTITUTION: This tissue glue is composed of A-component comprising whole blood's cold sediment and a large quantity of protease inhibitory factor corresponding to 3,000-5,000KIU/mL unit aprotinin, and B-component consisting of a protease capable of forming fibrin polymer through specifically cutting off fibrinogen existing in the A-component. In another version, this improved tissue glue is composed of A-component consisting of whole blood's cold sediment and B-component consisting of a protease obtained from snake venom, an enzyme capable of forming fibrin polymer through specifically cutting off fibrinogen existing in the A-component. |
