<p>PURPOSE:To make a device compact, diminish the occupied volume and reduce the product price by driving crank mechanism, and shifting the phase between the stroke of one cylinder and that of the other cylinder by a half cycle so as to reduce the actually required torque, thereby lowering fluctuating torque. CONSTITUTION:At the expansion stroke time when a piston 32 descends by the driving of crank mechanism 5, raw air from a scavenging blower 11 is sucked into a first cylinder 34a through a surge tank 12, a raw air supply line 10b and an intake valve 21. At this time, nitrogen gas in an adsorption drum 23 is detached by decompression in the first cylinder 34a generated in association with the descent of the piston 32 and exhausted outside together with the raw air from a scavenging port 33. At the same time, raw air sucked into a second cylinder 34b by the descent of the piston 32 is compressed and sent into an adsorption drum 43, and nitrogen gas in the raw air is adsorbed by adsorbent. The remaining oxygen gas not containing nitrogen gas is delivered outside as product gas through a delivery valve 42 and oxygen gas discharge lines 10e, 10f.</p> |
