PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a metal material surface coated film structure for largely reducing a coating cost while improving pitching resistance and external appearance quality without dropping coating performance, and a method for forming it. SOLUTION: The metal material surface coated film structure is formed by sequentially forming an acrylic powder primer layer 2, solvent colored base coat layer 3, and acrylic solvent clear top coating layer 4 in this order on a raw material 1 of metal material. The method for forming the structure formed sequentially as above. And, before forming the layer 2, in a substrate material treating step, pickling or degreasing given by the pickling effect is desirably executed before conversion treatment. |
