摘要 PURPOSE: An advanced treatment method for waste water using rotating immobilized phosphorus sweeper is provided, which is characterized in that phosphorus contained in waste water is crystallized onto the surface of slag(seed crystal) as the form of phosphorus-apatite. CONSTITUTION: The first step is separating of nitrogen in anaerobic condition using inflow organic material, raw water including nitrogen, mixed solution from aerobic tank(12), and sludge returned from settling tank(14). The second step is oxidizing organic material from aerobic tank in aerobic condition. The third step is separation of solidity from liquid after settling and aeration. The last step is removal of phosphorus in rotating immobilized phosphorus sweeper(16). The organic material is used not for separating phosphorus but for separating nitrogen, so the removal efficiency of nitrogen will be improved and stabilized. The composition of process is simple and stable because the method does not need carbon source, and the change of water quality cannot affect to the removal efficiency of nitrogen and organic material.
