Installation for the flow treatment of textile prods., nonwovens and paper uses a gaseous or liq. treatment agent and incorporates a permeable drum as a transport component. The drum periphery is covered with a screen-like cover. The drum jacket surface consists of a honeycomb structure made of sheet-metal strips. The connection of the strips is effected through fastening means moved transversely through the contact points of the strips and clamped on three sides.
