The membrane 3 which closes off, in a sealed manner, the hollow casing (box) 1 of the horn has, on its face facing the inside of the casing 1, a covering 4 made of elastomer material. The covering 4 is fixed, by adhesion, to the membrane 3 and provides the sealing, on the one hand, in the region of the peripheral edge 2 of the casing 1 and on the other hand, in the region of the central nozzle 6 of this casing. The device applies to electropneumatic or pneumatic horns for vehicles. <IMAGE>
