摘要	PURPOSE:To adhere polymer strongly to tin and to prevent the corrosion of a metal pipe caused the polymer shells off by a method wherein the tin plated layer is formed on the surface of the metal pipe and unbridged silyl modified polymer is melted and coated and then is bridged by reaction on water. CONSTITUTION:A preferable sandblast process, etc. are undergone on the surface of the metal pipe 1 such as a steel pipe, etc. and then a tin plated layer 2 is formed. Next, unbridged silyl modified polymer (preferably, silyl modified polyethylene) is extruded and coated on this layer 2 in fluidity. Immediately after that, it is inserted into hot water or vapor atmosphere, bridged by reacting polymer on moisture and an anticorrosive layer 3 is formed. Additionally, the extruding temperature of polymer is preferred to be 180-250 deg.C for high density polyethylene and 150-220 deg.C for low density one.
