CONSTITUTION:The system is provided with a power unit 20 supplying the power source to each circuit of the device, a plurarity of circuits to be reset 301, 302,...30X requiring resetting at the starting up or at the starting of the operation of the device, and a reset signal generation circuit 10 sending a reset signal for each circuit to be reset. The reset signal generation circuit 10 gradually outputs a reset signal to each circuit 301,...30X concurrently or with the time shifted. After the end of resetting of the circuits to be reset 301,...30X, a reset signal sent for each circuit to be reset is gradually released for each reset circuit or for each unit of the circuits 301,...30X with the time shifted.
