In the feature proposed, a charge-storage film (2, 3, 4) of dielectric material is located on the surface of a substrate (1), the film being loaded with a given amount of charge. The side of the charge-storage film (2, 3, 4) remote from the surface of the substrate has a hydrophobic surface (5). The charge-storage film (2, 3, 4) is so unhomogeneous in material composition, that it consists of first zones (3) and second zones (2, 4), the second zones (2, 4) being located at least between the first zones (3) and the surface of the substrate (1) and between the first zones (3) and the hydrophobic surface (5). Compared with the second zones (2, 4), the first zones (3) have a high capture cross section for carriers of the charge with which the film is loaded, and the second zones (2, 4) form a potential barrier preventing charge carriers from flowing out of the first zones (3). |
