PURPOSE:To provide a dielectric porcelain composition for high frequency capable of forming a dielectric porcelain having superior temp. coefficient in high frequency region and further high Q value and high relative dielectric constant and also capable of sintering at lower temp. CONSTITUTION:The composition is a dielectric porcelain composition for high frequency where, when a general formula is represented by BaXSnYZrZZnUNiVMgK NbLTaMOW (where X+Y+Z+U+V+K+L+M=1 and W is arbitrary), the symbols, X, Y, Z, U, V, K, L, and M stand for 0.491-0.504, 0-0.102, 0-0.075, 0.021-0.156, 0-0.050, 0-0.127, 0-0.071, and 0.220-0.329 (where three or more among Y, Z, V, K, and L are not simultaneously 0). At this time, a part or the whole of Ni in the above-mentioned general formula can be substituted by Co, and also a part or the whole of Nb substituted by Sb. Further, Ca may be added by 0-3mole%. |
