A process for producing multi-coloured low pressure polyethylene components, includes forming a blank, forming cut-outs in the blank and placing different coloured material in the cut-outs. The blank, together with the different coloured material is then sintered. The cut-outs are pref. milled into the blank, and the inserts are pref. milled so that they fit exactly into the cut-outs. ADVANTAGE - The process enables sharp boundaries to be achieved between the different coloured regions.
