PURPOSE:To surely and perfectly cut off laser light until the laser beam outputted from a laser beam generating means reaches a specified reference output level. CONSTITUTION:A laser irradiation equipment characterized by installing a laser beam generating means 11 generating laser beam L, a shielding member 30 cutting off the above laser beam L, and a light detection means 40 detecting the shielding member 30 on a line passing the position where the laser beam L is perfectly cut off by the shielding member 30. |
