<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a component selecting device which enables a mounting quality to be improved by solving problems of deterioration of mounting quality due to bending lead of components and detecting abnormal lead shapes. CONSTITUTION:The title device consists of a reflection mechanism which consists of a light source 8 which generates a one-dimensional straight light and a plurality of combination mirrors 9 which reflect the straight light discharged from the light source 8, a light receiver 10 which detects a shaped part of the straight light after being reflected by its reflection mechanism for a plurality of times, a drive device 13 which allows the reflection mechanism 9, the light source 8, and the light receiver 10 to be translated in parallel, and a nozzle 7 which transfers components 11, thus enabling the components to be mounted accurately by means of a simple mechanism and by an inexpensive method.</p> |
