PURPOSE:To provide the above and the power transmission device which is hard to be influenced by structure thereof has been simplified and miniaturized. CONSTITUTION:When a differential occures between a pair of wheel engagement shafts is a part of a wheel falls in a muddy place or a pit, a magnet 18 rotates against a conductor plate 19, and the conductive plate 19 is made to follow the magnet 18 by eddy current generated at the conductive plate 19, and driving force is transmitted between the wheel engagement shafts. It is thus possible to transmit driving force to the wheels other than the wheel under a fallen-in condition, making the wheel get out of the muddy place.
