PURPOSE:To concurrently measure the carbon dioxide concentration and humidity in real time. CONSTITUTION:The first sensor element A containing a Na<+> conducting solid electrolyte 1, a cathode electrode 2a formed in contact with one end section 1a of the electrolyte 1, an anode electrode 3a formed in contact with or apart from the other end section 1b of the electrolyte 1, and sodium carbonate 6 bridging the end section 1b of the electrolyte 1 and the anode electrode 3a is provided. The second sensor element B arranged in parallel with the element A and containing a Na<+> conducting solid electrolyte 7, an O<2-> conducting solid electrolyte 8 connected with one end section 8a to one end section 7a of the electrolyte 7, a cathode electrode 2b formed in contact with the other end section 8b of the electrolyte 8, an anode electrode 3b formed in contact with or apart from the other end section 7b of the electrolyte 7, and the sodium carbonate 6 bridging the end section 7b of the electrolyte 7 and the anode electrode 3b is provided. |
