MANUFACTURE OF RESIN MOLDED PRODUCT

PURPOSE:To provide the manufacturing method of a plurality of molded products with little residual distorsion in which a resin material in a cavity can be compressed in the direction different from the mold clamping direction of a mold. CONSTITUTION:A resin material 10 is injected from a gate 9 into a cavity 4 so that mold main bodies 2 and 3 are in the state of being slightly opened preliminarily or the mold main bodies 2 and 3 are opened slightly by the injection pressure of the resin material 10 in the injection process. Then the resin material 10 in the cavity 4 is compressed in the mold closing direction by mold clamping both of the slightly opened main bodies 2 and 3 in the compression process, and a slide core 8 slidable in the direction different from the mold closing direction is slid to the cavity 4 side, and the resin material 10 in the cavity 4 can be compressed in the direction from the mold closing direction of said mold main bodies 2 and 3.
