PURPOSE:To prevent the change of the optical axis of laser beams by arranging a beam-angle correcting mechanism near an oscillator box body and on a laser- beam path. CONSTITUTION:When an oscillator box body 1 is thermally deformed, the set angles of a total reflection mirror 3 and a partial reflecting mirror 4 fitted to the oscillator box body change and the optical axis of laser beams 5a varies only by an angle DELTAtheta, the position of laser beams 5c projected while being focussed to a positional detector 13b disposed to the focal plane of a convex lens 13a is displaced. When the position of the laser beams 5c is displaced, an electric signal from a beam-angle detector 13 corresponding to the displacement is inputted to a signal processing-motor driving circuit 14, a motor 11a for controlling an angle for a beam-angle correcting mechanism 11 is driven, a plane mirror 11b is turned, and the variation of the optical axis of laser beams 5a due to the change of the set angles of the total reflection mirror 3 and the partial reflecting mirror 4 is corrected. |
