The method is for printing the character with inclined direction, which is wanted to emphasize so that various kinds of character are printed by the program. The method comprises steps: (a) dividing the character font data as much as 3 bits with horizontal direction to form them into 8 blocks (A-H); (b) shifting the upper block data (A,B) of the third block as much as 2 and 1 bits to the right direction; and (c) shifting the lower block data (D-H) of the third block as much as 1,2,3,4 and 5 bits to the left direction.
